Join the Jersey Effect Team in partnership with The ONE Youth Rallies of Roane County, Tennessee! Hear Hunter Smith and the team as they challenge our local youth to step up and be the person God intended you to be for the new school year. Open to the public this youth event is geared toward high school and middle school students. Parents and families are welcome to attend! Join us at Roane State Community College gymnasium. The Rally is from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
